Creative Strategic Thinking (CST TM)

Two to three day workshops where the executives redesign the strategic future of the business; they create and renew the Purpose, Vision, Values and Missions and develop competitive strategies, setting priorities and selecting the executives responsible for making it work using the collaborative and accelerated decision making technology tools and techniques exclusive to the Farsight-Indica Consulting firms.

To create the future implies determining a course of action to be followed by selecting strategies and prioritizing them in terms of the impact they “had” in order to reach success (these are created from the “backwards from perfect”) and by their level of present performance with which the Profile of Strategic Opportunities (the big WHAT’s) will be generated.

Thereafter, the group assigns the responsability for the execution of the strategies with highest impact to the group of executives by means of the Responsibility Matrix tool.
