Ing. Angel Sánchez Huerta
Founder and Managing Partner of Indica Consultores. He has specialized in the last twenty years in Creative Processes related to: Strategic Thinking and Tactical Planning for Organizational Transformation, and Strategic Innovation.
He studied Chemical Engineering at the National University of México and did graduate studies in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research in Northwestern University, USA. He is an IPADE graduate in the "Advanced Management in Business" and "Innovation and Technology" programs.
His working experience as an international consultant include: Total Quality Management, Creative Strategic Thinking, Creative Problem Solving, Change Agent and Facilitators Training and Integration of Creative Work Teams. He has been trained by renowned world experts (Land, Hermann, Deming, Juran, Crosby, Conway and Ichikawa)
He worked in Dupont, Citibank, Celanese Mexicana and Policyd Cydsa Group.
He has taught and been a national and international speaker on themes related with Organizational Change, Creative Leadership, Innovation and Total Quality. From 1995 to 1998 he was in charge of the coordination and facilitation of the Quality Management Diploma at ITAM.
For the last twenty years, he has participated as a certified facilitator at the annual Creative Problem Solving Institute held by The Creative Education Foundation in Buffalo, New York.
