NOTICE OF PRIVACY

Article I - COMMITMENT
Jose Luis Dominguez Huerta and / or "Itecimex"", residing at Sur 85A # 221, Col. Emperador Cacama, Del. Iztapalapa, CP 09080, Mexico, D.F., who hereinafter will be designated as “the Responsible" Web site "indicainnovacion.com" is committed to ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of the data of their customers, suppliers and employees, each of the which hereinafter referred to as "the Contractor", in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal data Held by Private Parties and its regulations, which we refer to as "the Law".

Article II - PURPOSE OF PROCESSING DATA
The personal information that “the Contractor” provides us with spoken or written word, photocopies, forms, e-mail, computer and / or any means of data collection will be treated (collection, storage, use, blocking, cancellation, modification or deletion) by “the Responsible” for:

  • Fulfil the obligations arising from the relevant legal relationship.
  • Inform orally, in print, electronically or by telephone, by themselves or through others:
    1. Invoices, quotes and other information products and services offered by “the Responsible".
    2. Promotion, advertising or commercial information, including marketing communications for telemarketing or online products or services.
    3. Surveys and preparation of studies and programs to determine consumption habits and periodic evaluations of our products and services in order to improve the quality of them.
    4. Invitations to participate in trivia, contests, sweepstakes, gaming, or any similar activity; to this effect “the Responsible” held various commercial agreements with suppliers of products and services.

Article VI - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
This Notice of Privacy constitutes a legal agreement between “the Contractor” and “the Responsible”.
