Article I - COMMITMENT

Iztapalapa, CP 09080, Mexico, D.F., who hereinafter will be designated as “the Responsible" Web site "indicainnovacion.com" is committed to ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of the data of their customers, suppliers and employees, each of the which hereinafter referred to as "the Contractor", in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal data Held by Private Parties and its regulations, which we refer to as "the Law".

Article II - PURPOSE OF PROCESSING DATA
The personal information that “the Contractor” provides us with spoken or written word, photocopies, forms, e-mail, computer and / or any means of data collection will be treated (collection, storage, use, blocking, cancellation, modification or deletion) by “the Responsible” for:

• Fulfil the obligations arising from the relevant legal relationship.

Article VI - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
This Notice of Privacy constitutes a legal agreement between “the Contractor” and “the Responsible”.
